The Parents' Association from Ballybay Central School would like to invite you to a Cookery Demonstration on Friday 23rd February at 7.30pm in 2nd Ballybay Church Hall, Hall Street. Local lady Jacinta Caraher (Masterchef competitor) will be cooking up a storm and giving everyone some hints and tips along the way. Tickets cost €10 and you can also pay at the door. 'Food Glorious Food', a recipe book compiled by the Parents' Association with lots of tried and tested recipes from families in the school will also be on sale on the night
