Ballybay Monaghan Ireland

Tullycorbet CCE will host this year’s Monaghan County Fleadh in Ballybay on the June Bank Holiday weekend (1st to 4th June). Most of the competitions will be held at the Recreation Centre, Tullycorbet Community Centre and Community College however you can be guaranteed that there will be lots of trad music and craic throughout the town. Spread the word and keep the weekend free. Minister Heather Humpries will launch the event in Tullycorbet Community Centre on Thursday 1st June. As well as the music there will be a heritage trail, a pipe band parade and a lecture on the famous Ballybay Piper William Clarke. Watch this space for lots more details over the coming weeks.
