Ballybay Public Realm & Economic Plan
In April 2018, Monaghan Co. Council appointed The Paul Hogarth Company to prepare a Public Realm & Economic Plan for Ballybay, funding for which was provided under the Town & Village Renewal Scheme.
The Ballybay Public Realm & Economic Plan was adopted and officially launched at the Ballybay Regeneration Committee Meeting held in the Ballybay Civic Offices on 11th April 2019.
