At this event, there will also be the unveiling of a silver snuff box, which was purchased at auction with the help of the Friends of Monaghan County Museum. The box was originally presented to the infamous Sam Gray of Ballybay in 1828.
On the night the Friends of Monaghan County Museum will be highlighting the benefits of the Friends organisation and the purchase of the silver snuff box, which has a strong connection with Ballybay.
